School has started and we are full speed ahead. Thankfully I made a few sausage biscuits and put in the freezer, last weekend. They have been a life saver for sleepy mornings.
While the biscuits are baking, cook sausage patties, bacon, ham, any kind of breakfast meat will work. When biscuits are done, allow to cool, cut in half, place sausage patty on biscuit. (Zach requested cheese on his too.) Top with the other half of the biscuit, wrap in tin foil and place in the freezer.
When ready to warm, wrap in a paper towel and microwave at 50% power for about a minute. If thawed, it will only take about 30 seconds. Ta Da! Breakfast is ready. Out the door we go.
